Booking process and cancellation Policies

  1. Call us & finalize your group size (no. of people), check in & check out timings, final tariff & get information about advance payment to be deposited/transferred.

  2. Advance payment should be deposited / transferred within 24 hrs from the verbal communication of booking confirmation.

  3. For booking confirmation guests have to deposit 50% of total payment to our account. Account details will be sent through mail/SMS.

  4. Intimate us as soon as transfer/deposit is made. Booking confirmation will be made through mail/SMS as soon as we receive the amount.
